Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals, all sales are considered final. Natty Plus Labs does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless specific criteria are met. Customers may request a return only within seven (7) days of delivery, and only if the product remains completely sealed, unused, and in its original packaging. Any product that has been opened, tampered with, or improperly stored is strictly ineligible for return or refund.
If you receive an incorrect item due to our fulfillment error, or if the product arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. We may request photographic evidence of the item, packaging, and shipping label to verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction, or misuse of products. Customers are encouraged to store all chemicals responsibly and in compliance with safe laboratory practices.
If you believe you have received a product in error or have a valid return request, please contact us at support@nattypluslabs.com before initiating any disputes or chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension, and Natty Plus Labs reserves the right to contest disputes with proof of delivery and order fulfillment records.
